Manufacturing Process

We conduct our advanced manufacturing process in our well equipped Production Unit. All the operational activities of the unit are looked after by technically qualified and experienced professionals. The making of Wires and Cables goes through the following process:

Using high grade aluminium, copper and other material, the conductors are drawn
The bunched and stranded conductors are properly insulated
The inner sheath is provided with PVC compound, so that the material can withstand mechanical abrasion
At the time of laying up, the Interstices of multi-core cables is applied with Non-Hygroscopic Polypropylene Fillers
Then, the product goes through Bedding Process and Armouring Process
And finally, the standard finish is given to finished Cables and Wires
